Land Survey Plats
Land Survey Plats (LSPs) are defined by State Statute. The purpose of a LSP is to:
- Delineate the boundary of the subject property in relationship to found monumentation.
- Show any easements or rights of way of record from information provided by the client. (i.e. a title commitment)
- And to indicate any conflicting boundary evidence discovered by the field survey.
