The ins and outs of dealing with local jurisdictions can sometimes be a complex process. Experience does count. Many municipalities have their own specific rules and approval procedures regarding the creation of condominium communities. Conversely, some jurisdictions exercise almost no control over the process. We can provide valuable counsel to you on these matters.
